Federation of Australian Futsal (FAF) would like to would like to announce the FAF National Inter School Futsal Championships that will be held from the 22nd to the 23rd of October 2016 at the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre on the Gold Coast.

47 School Futsal teams from 24 different Schools will contest the very first ever FAF National Inter Schools Futsal Championships!
This is the very first National Futsal tournament to be run by Federation of Australian Futsal under the AMF Rules in Australia and judging by the strong response we got from the Schools it is certainly proving to be an exciting time for AMF Futsal in Australia.
School teams will kick off next Saturday the 22nd of October at the newly built Coomera Indoor Sports Centre on the Gold Coast.
Teams from under 12 Boys and Girls through to 18 Boys will battle it out to become the National FAF Futsal Champions!
The winning School teams from these Nationals will have the opportunity to compete in an International School Futsal Championships to be held in Barcelona next year and individual players will be looked at for FAF Australian teams to compete in International AMF Tournaments that will be held in Brasil, Argentina and Spain next year.
These are exciting times for FAF and they are extremely excited with the response and support they have received from the schools and will be looking to make this event an ever bigger and better tournament next year!
