COACHING PATHWAYS

FAF will be conducting an annual National accredited AMF coaching course, with a curriculum set in place to develop coaches in Australia to raise their knowledge and standards through a set of FAF coaching strategies. Regional areas will be invited to send their director of coaching to this course, where upon they can pass on the knowledge to their regional area by conducting local FAF accredited coaching courses.

Once accredited, FAF coaches will have the opportunity to apply for State, National and International coaching positions.
