LNFS Renewed Partnership with FAF

The Liga Nacional de Fútbol Sala (LNFS) has renewed their partnership with Federation of Australian Futsal (FAF) to export their knowledge and provide their help and advice to advance the growth and development of Futsal in this Oceanian country.

The president of the LNFS, Javier Lozano, held a meeting in Madrid with Antonio Cifuentes Márquez, head of the FAF back in January 2024. Both entities agreed to continue working together to promote the training of technicians and advice in competition and organization of events in order to promote and promote the development of Futsal in Australia. The LNFS continues to consolidate its international expansion.

The continuity of this agreement, which dates back to 2021, is part of the project launched by the LNFS to help the development of international Futsal together with the Leagues and Associations that, such as the Federation of Australian Futsal, see the LNFS as a consolidated brand as world benchmark and a management and development model to support and advance its internal growth.

After the signing of the agreement Antonio Cifuentes explained that “the main objective of the FAF is to grow Futsal in Australia and with the help of the LNFS and its president Javier Lozano we are generating a new scenario to discover our true potential and develop it with “the same tools and knowledge that led Spain to be the most successful and important League in the World.”

For his part, the president of the LNFS, Javier Lozano, pointed out that “our vocation is to help and Futsal organizations need this solidarity to continue growing at a global level. Helping Australia implement different improvement tools is the confirmation that Futsal in different parts of the world continues to see the LNFS as a reference for improvement.” The LNFS, as it has done in other countries, takes a new step in the expansion of its international strategy to promote the development of world Futsal by acting as an advisor in the training of technicians and players in lower categories with Spanish coaches, as well as in organization of campuses, events and competitions in Australia.

With this renewed partnership FAF will look to expand its operations in the development of Futsal in Australia with some great new projects, events and tournaments with the held of LNFS. Watch this space!
